Gentle and friendly
The weekly classes costs £3, first class free and are ideal for those aged 50 plus, looking to try some gentle, friendly exercise.
They're part of the Forever Active East Herts programme funded by East Herts Council, Sport England and partners including Wodson Park, Ware and local GPs.
