What would keep you moving at Havers?

Tell us what activities would help you move more and stay independent.

If you live in the Havers area or nearby and you're over 60, we'd like to hear from you. Pop along to a coffee morning on Friday June 21 at the community centre on Knights Row and join the discussion where you can tell us what you'd like.

You can also meet the friendly greyhounds from AceHounds Friendship Dogs, and if you fancy some gentle exercise, you can try your hand at seated cricket. There will also be free refreshments.

We'll collect your ideas and suggestions and use them anonymously for a National Lottery bid for a grant to run more gentle activities in Havers such as seated cricket and health walks.

The coffee morning is from 10am-12noon. Spaces are limited so please book your place with Claire on claire.pullen@eastherts.gov.uk or call her on 01992 531459.

Bishop's Stortford Community Centres Trust is hosting the morning.
