Fill in your voter registration form or risk losing your vote

Forms from East Herts Council will be dropping through everyone's letter box from Monday July 29 which need to be filled in if you want to keep your vote.

If there's been no change in the household, the easiest way to respond is by calling the Freephone number or going online. Alternatively you can complete and send the form back in the Freepost envelope provided.

However if anyone has reached the age of 16 or any adults have moved in, the form needs to be completed and posted back.

As it says on the form, the council needs to know who lives at each address to check if they're eligible to register to vote.

We'll be publishing a revised register of voters on December 1 and if you're not included you won't be able to vote in local or national elections. Not being included can also adversely affect your credit score.
