Monitoring
Work is progressing on creating a monitoring framework.
The East Herts District Plan requires the Gilston Team to undertake regular monitoring of the delivery of the Gilston Area development.
It was also agreed at the two Development Management Committees that regular monitoring reports will be provided to members.
The Gilston team are currently developing a Monitoring Framework that will record not only the physical delivery of the various parts of the development but will also monitor how the development objectives are being achieved.
Taking inspiration from recent Quality of Life surveys the framework will include performance indicators to measure the quality of the new neighbourhoods.
