The East Herts Local Plan- Second Review, 2007

From the 18th April 2010 some of the policies in the East Herts Local Plan Second Review (April 2007) will no longer be used following a Direction by the Secretary of State.

Those policies that have been 'saved' are set out in the Schedule accompanying the Direction. This schedule along with the letter from the Secretary of State can be viewed below:
