Report a Missed Bin

  1. If your bin collection has been missed, you can let us know using our online form. You must make this report within 48 hours of your missed collection.

    Before reporting a missed bin collection to us please check that:

    • You put your bin out on your scheduled day. You can check your collection day using using our bin collection calendars link
    • Your bin was put out before 7am on that day.
    • Your bin contained only accepted materials ;If your bin contained items other than the correct items, you must remove them from your bin before your next scheduled collection. For more information on what can and what can't be recycled please read our Guide to Bins, Boxes & Collections
