Payment System Update
Due to essential works to upgrade and improve our customer payment system, customers will be unable to make card payments between Monday 18th and Wednesday 20th November.
You can continue to pay using Internet Banking or by cheque or cash at any branch of NatWest or at your own bank if you need to make a payment during this downtime. Where necessary we will adjust recovery procedures to allow a few extra days for customers to pay.
From Thursday 21st November card payments are planned to resume with our new payment system making the customer experience more streamlined for you.
