Adoption Neighbourhood Plan
The Neighbourhood Plan has been formally ‘made’ (adopted) and will be used as a part of the East Herts Development Plan.

Referendum results
On 23 June 2022, the Neighbourhood Plan for Much Hadham Referendum took place. The Neighbourhood Plan has been voted on and approved by the residents of the Parish. With a turnout of 28.4%, there was an overall 'yes' vote of 372 (80.2%), votes against 92 (19.8%).
Independent Examination
Barrister Timothy Jones, from No.5 Chambers, has been appointed to undertake the independent examination of the Much Hadham Neighbourhood Area Plan. All correspondence between the examiner and East Herts Council will be published below.

Submission to East Herts - Reg 16 Public Consultation
On the 9th February 2021 Much Hadham Parish Council submitted the Much Hadham Neighbourhood Plan to East Herts District Council under Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.
A consultation commenced for a period of 8 weeks from the 11th March - 6th May 2021.

Pre-Submission Consultation (Reg 14)
Much Hadham Parish Council are consulting on their Draft Neighbourhood Plan between 12 August and 30 September 2019. The Plan will then be submitted to East Herts Council.
