The Council planned to publish the Regulation 16 consultation on 5 September 2022, however this has unfortunately been delayed.  Details of the revised consultation dates will be published as soon as possible.

Pre-Submission Consultation (Reg 14)

Hertford Heath Parish Council consulted on their Draft Neighbourhood Plan between 19 October and 14 December 2020. The Plan will then be submitted to East Herts Council.

Neighbourhood Area Designation

The Hertford Heath Parish was declared a Neighbourhood Area on the 4 February 2014. The designation request and map defining the area can be viewed below:
