Bishop’s Park play area consultation

We are delighted to announce planned improvements to play area 2 for older children at Bishop’s Park. We want to include your opinions and experiences on the current play area, and what outdoor activities or equipment they might like to be added, to help us to improve the park. The park’s team, together with Bishop’s Stortford Police, will be on site to hear your thoughts on Monday 29 January, 10am – 12pm at Bishop’s Park, Woodpecker Close. We hope to see you there; young people are welcome to share your own thoughts and opinions on the park.

The new park upgrade focuses on engaging older children and teenagers, with specific emphasis on providing a welcoming and appealing space for teenage girls. Working with our play area contractors and the police we will deliver a new and exciting space, with multiple activities and areas to socialise.
