Circular Riverside Walks

Chadwell Way Sculpture Trail, Hertford
Discover a unique five-mile sculpture trail in Hertford, Ware and Great Amwell of small bronzes made by a class of 7 and 8 year old children from St John the Baptist Primary School in Great Amwell.
Foxholes Woodland Walk, Hertford

Cole Green Way / Hertford to Ware Towpath
The Cole Green Way is a disused railway line that runs from Welwyn to Hertford. The pleasant off-road route is suitable for walkers, cyclists and horse riders. The link through Hertford connects to the tow path along the River Lea, taking you to Ware and beyond. Our Cole Green Way Leaflet [1MB] , developed in partnership with Welwyn and Hatfield district Council, combines a clear map with local tourist attractions and visitor facilities.

Lee Valley Walk
