Environmental Information Regulations

If you would like information about the environment, e.g. information about land development, pollution levels, energy production or waste management, you can make a request under Environmental Information Regulations.

To make an EIR request either complete the access to Environmental Information Regulations Form. Please be aware, there may be associated costs with making an application and you will be made aware once an application has been reviewed. For reference, any fees applicable can be found below

The council may apply charges to access Environmental Information.
