East Herts Council is encouraging lower income households to apply for grants to fund home energy and clean heating upgrades before the scheme closes in September.
East Herts Council has announced additional funding for its Arts in East Herts initiative. Grants of £500 will enable arts and cultural organisations in the more rural parts of East Herts to showcase what they do.
The Council has agreed that the 2018 District Plan needs updating. To help inform this update, the Council has launched a Call for Sites. This is an opportunity for individuals, landowners, developers, and other interested parties to submit sites that could potentially be used to build houses, employment space, community facilities or for helping nature recover.
